Inbound telephone problems 

There is currently an issue with our 0300 telephone number, which is unobtainable for inbound callers.

September 9th, 2021

This is being investigated as a matter of urgency by our telephony providers and our internal networks team who are running tests to identify the problem.

UPDATE: September 10th: Our calls are now been rerouted whilst the matter is investigated, so calls will be answered for anyone who dials our main 0300 number.
